At Sugar Bliss Bakery, every cookie is handcrafted in small batches with care, using high-quality ingredients and heat-sealed for freshness. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders once placed.
Please ensure all order details, including your shipping address, are correct before checking out.
Shipping Issues
Sugar Bliss Bakery is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Orders marked as "delivered" that are not received
- Spoilage due to delivery delays or incorrect shipping info
Please consider this prior to placing a order. If your package was lost or damaged in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Attach clear photos of the packaging and product
- Provide a brief description of the issue
While we do not guarantee refunds or replacements, we will review your concerns on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make it right where appropriate.
